Embroidery for workwear, uniforms and merch
Embroidery gives your logo a hard-wearing, premium finish that lasts as long as the garment. It's the first choice for workwear, uniforms, polos, fleeces, caps and bags.
We run over 50 embroidery heads in our Birmingham workshop, so we can handle one-off samples and large uniform contracts alike. Our multi-head Barudan machines stitch at up to 1,000 stitches a minute across a whole line of garments at once.
What we can embroider
- Workwear and uniforms: polos, shirts, fleeces, softshells, jackets and hi-vis.
- Caps and hats, including 3D puff embroidery for a raised finish on snapbacks and baseball caps.
- Hoodies, sweatshirts and fashion pieces, with specialist threads to suit.
- Bags, towels and accessories.
Almost any garment can be embroidered as long as it can be hooped on the machine. Closed or inaccessible areas, such as the inside of a sewn pocket, can't be stitched.
Up to 15 thread colours
Each design can use up to 15 thread colours. We use polyester thread for workwear because it stands up to harsh industrial washing, and viscose where a softer sheen suits the garment.
Digitising: a one-off £20 per design
Before a logo can be stitched, it has to be digitised: converted into a stitch file that tells the machine where every stitch goes. We set each file for the garment type and the size of the design.
Digitising is a one-off £20 per design. After that, re-orders of the same logo at the same size carry no set-up charge.

Prices
Embroidery starts from £1 per item. The price depends on the stitch count (roughly, the size and density of the logo), the number of positions and the quantity. Send us your logo for an exact price.
