Bold colours and special effects
Vinyl printing cuts your design from sheets of heat transfer vinyl, removes (weeds) the excess, then heat presses it onto the garment. It gives a clean, crisp, solid finish that is ideal for names, numbers, simple logos and text.
Our vinyl garments have been put through rigorous testing and, if care instructions are followed, will last for years.
Colours and finishes
As well as solid colours, we stock specialist vinyls, including:
- reflective
- glitter
- holographic
- carbon effect
- textured
- metallic and more
Best for
- Names and numbers on sports shirts and team kit.
- Single-colour logos and text on small runs.
- Hi-vis and safety wear, using reflective vinyl.
Because vinyl is cut and weeded by hand, very intricate designs with tiny details may not be suitable. For detailed or full-colour designs, use DTF or print and cut.
Fabrics
Vinyl can be pressed onto most garments, except some nylons and fabrics that would melt under heat. Some polyesters may scorch if you supply your own garment, so we can recommend suitable products from our catalogue.
Equipment and artwork
Designs are cut on a precision roll-fed Graphtec plotter. We need vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) so the machine can cut clean lines.
Prices
Vinyl prints start from 50p. Specialist vinyls, larger designs and extra colours cost more. Send us your design for an exact price.
