Full colour, cut to shape
Print and cut uses eco-solvent inks to print your design in full colour onto a textile transfer media. The machine then cuts around the outline, and the transfer is heat pressed onto the garment.
It's a good choice for multi-colour logos on small runs, where screen printing would be too expensive to set up.
Our print and cut garments have been put through rigorous testing and, if care instructions are followed, will last for years.
Best for
- Multi-colour logos and badges on small runs.
- Workwear and promotional garments.
- Designs with a clear outline that can be contour cut.
Fabrics
The transfers can be pressed onto most garments, except some nylons and fabrics that would melt under heat. Some polyesters may scorch if you supply your own garment, so we can recommend suitable products.
Our print and cut machine
Our 54-inch eco-solvent print and cut machine prints and contour cuts in one go, ready to press straight away.
Artwork
Vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or CDR) is ideal. If you only have an image, we can create a cutting trace around it.
Prices
Print and cut transfers start from 99p. Send us your design and quantity for an exact price. For complex artwork with gradients or fine detail, DTF printing is often a better fit.
